Main reason was due to Tina who assisted us on both our initial visit to look at options and then our second visit when we made the purchase. Tina was very friendly and took the time to understand what we were looking for, explain the options and allow us time to browse unpressured. She made the whole experience enjoyable, straightforward and quick.

My wife and I were a bit dubious about visiting your store and thought it would be a little intimidating. He did not pressure me in to anything allowing me to make my own decisions but equally answering any questions that I had making the whole process incredibly easy. The price of the products (in a sale event) were brilliant especially as I was looking for items in a spare room, for the customer service and product I would return to/recommend Dreams.

The member of staff helped us choose the right mattress for us and explained each type in great detail. She was friendly and very efficient
