We had initially been helped by Colin who was extremely accommodating and had great knowledge on the products and recommended suitable options. When we placed the order Colin had gone home and Peter helped us. Peter was a delight and again was accommodating and extremely helpful.

The knowledge and attention given by the assistant, Sophie, was excellent. Although initially looking for a bed for my daughter as our 1st purchase, after catching site of vast array of options for a bed for us, Sophie answered all of of questions and nothing was too much trouble to find the right item for us - so much so, at no point did I or my wife feel pressurised to try something we didn't want (or need) , or to buy something on the day. Sophie had a wonderful nature that gave reassurance that our customs was important and not a 'sale'. We did have to contact customer services after the date of the purchase and the professional 'can do' attitude was again reflected by those I spoke to - always feeling that our custom was appreciated and that we were important, not just a number now the deal had been done. Overall my experience with Dreams was highly positive, dispelling any fears from experience of the past - the selection, knowledge and customer experience was far better than any other stores visited before making our purchase. The assistant was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made a good cup of tea! She sent time allowing me to try beds as many times as I wanted. I didn't feel pressured. She explained /demonstrated as needed. I certainly preferred talking to a female assistant being a widow. Very pleasant. Her name was Sophie, validation code 281

The customer service I received from your employee was second to none. He was polite, personable and extremely helpful. His product knowledge was excellent; after listening intently to our needs he found exactly what we were looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Dreams again and would recommend its' service and products unreservedly. Within 40 mins we had found what we were looking for, ordered and paid- leaving the store feeling positive about our experience.
