Colin was very helpful, pleasant and patient. I felt he was very experienced and knowledgeable, thank you very much Colin.

We needed assistance to purchase a new mattress and Sophie was there ready to be approached with any questions we had. We were explained the colour code system you have and felt encouraged to try out the mattresses to get the best feel we could for them. Sophie was knowledgeable on the different products and highlighted those that matched our requirements very well. At no time did it feel like a pushy sale otherwise we would have been put off and gone elsewhere. Once we decided on the mattress the order process was good and straight forward and didn't feel rushed at all. Now excited for the delivery and improving our quality of sleep!

The staff where excellant and very friendly

My wife came to this store last week and we're delighted with the non stalking attitude of the staff. We also noticed just how well placed the products were, and the complimentary soft furnishings that enhanced the range. It made selecting a pleasurable experience. The sales staff were on hand (not in your face) to offer advice on everything within the store. We left suggesting that we would come back after the weekend once we had measured one of our bedrooms. We both returned today and the moment we walked through the door Colin was on hand to greet us. He once again offered his suggestions and help to make the right choice. He also suggested we may like a drink, which one of his co-workers made immediately. We placed our order in comfort and in good hands. Colin is a really lovely guy who makes you feel like you are his best friend.

Store well laid out. Staff very friendly and informative without being 'pushy', nothing worse than being harassed when looking around a store. Informed of price match and comfort guarantee, able to change mattress if not happy within 40 nights. I found that John Lewis had put on a deal for Tempur mattress in their store which was £94 cheaper and this was taken off our order with no quibble. So good to go into a store and have such good service, thank you Dreams MK.
