A sales assistant came over straight away and asked what we were looking for. She listened to our needs and then directed us to various mattresses that she thought might be appropriate, talking through the different mattress options. We had our young son with us and she was very good with him. He took his boots off so he could try all the beds too and we put our coats to one side too, so easy to walk around store. We were all offered a drink which I thought was really nice and my son loved his hot chocolate. We were able to take our time and never felt rushed, so we chose our mattress and placed our order on same day. No hard sell, just good information and lots of time to choose.

The staff is very helpful and knowledge to the mattress I purchased, and he can suggest where we can shop for the Sabichi furniture.
