Colin was really helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. All staff in the store were cheerful, friendly and helpful.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I got all the information I needed to help me make a decision and allowed to try out the mattresses in store for as long as I wished. All this and a coffee too! Couldn't have been better. Thank you for such a pleasant visit.

The sales advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and provided a great personal and efficient service. He was also patient and non pressuring allowing us time to browse and make our final decision. He ensured we were comfortable e.g. offered refreshments and an activity for our young daughter. Therefore, I was very pleased with our shopping experience at Dreams.

Staff member at Milton Keynes, Tina, was extremely helpful and patient while explaining all the various options and while I tired out the various mattresses. Her knowledge of the products was very good. A another staff member offered tea/coffee and made a very good cup of tea !
