Dreams - Milton Keynes

What an experience. The Dreams assistant at Milton Keynes store (Sophie) could not have been more helpful. She was knowledgeable not at all pushy. Gave me information and advice to make my decision. I had intended to visit other sores in area but was so impressed with service I placed my order with dreams.

There was an excellent selection in the store, the staff was really helpful and we were able to choose exactly what we came to look for. Thank you Dreams team.

I HAD RESEARCH MATTRESSES ON LINE, SO HAD AN IDEA OF WHICH ONES I NWISHED TO LOOK AT. IWAS IN THE SHOP LESS THAN 5 MINUTES BEFORE TINA APPROACHED ME TO OFFER ASSISTANCE. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF ALL THE MATRESSES OFFERING ADVICE AS NEEDED. AT NO TIME WAS SHE PUSHY AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AT ALL TIMES DURING MY PURCHASE.

We visited the Milton Keynes store looking for a sofa bed. We were courteously received & taken to the area where sofa beds were displayed. The Assistant, Peter, was extremely helpful in demonstrating them to us, without any sales pressure, he was a very pleasant young man. He printed out a quotation for us, explained the various methods of payments/finance, and informed us that our old item could be taken away for a small payment. We returned to the Store on 2/2/2017 and we met Tina, who was equally as helpful. We felt very happy with the service Tina offered and placed an order which was very efficiently dealt with and the paperwork presented to us in a customer folder. All in all it was a very good experience - Peter & Tina were a pleasure to meet & deal with,and are a credit to Dreams.

The gentleman Peter was very helpful and certainly knew the products well as didnt hesitate when asked any questions or advice.

The assistant was very helpful and very polite - non pushy which makes a change from most other stores you go in

Myself and my partner went into the central Milton Keynes store knowing the type of bed that we wanted and the size we were hoping to get. The assistant Sophie Matthews that offered to help best of all took the time and listened to what we had and our requirements. Sophie made suggestions without being pushy and gave perfect time for us to think and ask questions. Product Knowledge was excellent and Sophie was extremely friendly and took genuine interest into making sure we had the perfect experience and bought the perfect product for what we needed. Would recommend this store and Sophie highly.

Peter our assistant gave us the information we needed to buy a good quality mattress and the price was in our price range.

The sales advisor knew the products well and was able to offer advice on our needs.
