Excellent service. Quick and precise. Sophie was great with her comforting knowledge. Hospitality great both husband and I both had nice hot drink whilst processing our order.

Kim our assistant was really helpful, offering us the information we needed whilst giving us our time alone to think about what we wanted.

Our customer assistant Peter in Dreams Milton Keynes was excellent. He gave us loads of advice and help. Allowed us time to make decisions and informed us lots about the products.

My husband and I were very happy with the service, We weren't bombarded by sale people when we entered the shop. But when we look like we needed help Tina was very helpful with her advise and showing us different mattresses. Spending time showing us different lumber strength until we found the write one for us. And then explaining about the delivery process.

Colin the sales advisor was extremely friendly and polite. He offered us a drink, and the quality of the refreshment was high. He took the time to understand our needs and made helpful suggestions about the options available, both for the product and for the financing.

Colin was extremely helpful, walked us round the store showing us the different beds. We were not rushed and felt like a valued customer. Our 10 year old son enjoyed following behind plumping up all the pillows
