Dreams - Milton Keynes

Great attentive service whilst shopping with our highly excited 2-year old son.

Because the young man helping us knew what he was talking about and was very polite.

We made our purchase at the store at Snowden Drive, Milton Keynes. We were very satisfied with Colin the salesman, he was very pleasant, was not pushy and explained everything in a simple and easy to understand manner. We left feeling very pleased with our purchases.

I had an idea what I wanted, the lady was really helpful and not at all pushy which was great.

Although we only popped in half an hour before the store closed, intending to get an idea of the mattresses available, with the assistance of the helpful and knowledgeable salesman we were able to make a decision and place an order in that time. We did not feel in any way pressured to do so, he simply helped us to find what we were looking for.

Colin met us at the door in a polite professional way. We had come to the store to see some bedframes we had previously viewed on the Dreams website and Colin was able to take us to them without hesitation and answer our questions relating to these items. He also suggested a couple of alternate items that would suit. Colin explained the different styles of mattresses to us and waited patiently while we tried them and made a choice. He dealt with the admin efficiently whilst explaining everything as he went along and even offered us tea/coffee. Delivery time was earlier than we expected and flexibility was offered if required. Overall a very positive experience, Colin was polite, humorous and knowledgeable about the Dreams products and with no pushy sales techniques that so often spoil the shopping experience. We will definitely be visiting the MK Dreams store again next time we are shopping for beds.

I was so impressed on how friendly and polite the staff were, very experienced,it's along time since l have enjoyed my day shopping and offered a cup of tea during my shop,we are in our 80s and have been to quite a few stores, Sophie at Dreams was excellent .

This was a second purchase as I made one last year and was very satisfied with both service and product. This time we had the same helpful assistant who understood what we were looking for and we are very happy with this purchase. It was trouble free, easy and the staff are very friendly.
