Only called to look!! However very impressed with salesmanship and product so ordered

We came in to purchase a new mattress, Colin was extremely helpful and knowledgable of the products and options available. But importantly he allowed us to take our time and in no way pressurised us, which was very important. Excellent product, delivered promptly.

The assistant Peter was very accommodating and listened to our requirements. He spent time taking us to the various beds which was a big help, explaining clearly the difference between each bed.

The staff were friendly helpful and knowledgable on products

On visiting the store, the staff were very helpful & pleasant. The assistant (Sophie) was very helpful and offered us a cup of coffee while we had a look around. she seemed very knowledgable, She gave us time to have a look around and was available when needed. All together very helpful & friendly. We Will Be Back to get our grandson a new bed.

The sales advisor was very knowledgeable and suggested additional items based on my comments which I appreciated. He also knew when to give us space to discuss and view but was always ready to comeat and help when needed.
