Dreams - Milton Keynes

We were served by Colin who was very friendly and did not harass us at any time we were looking around the shop. When we approached him he was very jovial and friendly and gave us the right information we needed. We didn't feel pressurised in to buying which made our shopping experience ideal. When ordering the mattress we required he was very efficient and gave all the information we needed and explained in detail what we were signing.

Excellent products and the staff member who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and charismatic

Sophie took time to understand our needs, was very knowledgeable and explained the products and offers available without a hard sell. Her ability to relate to potential clients and have a discreet but effective, persuasive sales approach, helped us take the decision and is no doubt highly valued by her managers!

We were well looked after and given plenty of time to try out the beds without any pestering, which was a nice change. Peter was very informative and helpful without being pushy. We weren't sure of what we wanted when we went into the shop and Peter asked us what our needs were and pointed us in the right direction.
