It took a while to understand the pricing on the placards but once we got to grips with this it was an extremely slick and efficient process to select and place an order. Staff could not have been more helpful whilst at the same time not at all pushy which can definitely put me off a store.

Chris who helped us in your Milton Keynes was very helpful and friendly. This was our first time buying a bed and he explained everything well and gave us lots of helpful advise. He also gave us some time to try out all the beds and look around before checking up on us later to make sure we were okay and if we had any further questions. He wasn't pushy like some sales assistants can be and let us make our own decisions while providing all the information we needed to make the correct decision.

I received immediate attention and was talked through the various options I could choose and was able to complete my order quickly.

Colin was extemely helpful and efficent, he greeted us very quickly, offered us a drink. We bought bed headboard pillows and matress protector.

Colin the sales assistant was very helpful. I was really impressed that I wasn't hassled the minute I walked into the store, I was given time to browsed before being approached. I had already used your website to look for a mattress and coming into the store and spending time to decide which one was most comfortable was a perfect way to shop. Colin was very knowledgeable about the products and very clear in all aspects when placing my order.
