Great service from start to finish- Colin the sales guys was very friendly and helpful throughout

The store is well laid out and all the beds are clearly marked with all the detail required. The assistant was very helpful and had excellent knowledge on all the products

The assistant Peter was very friendly we sat down to place the order and was offered a coffee while we went through the paperwork we were able to pick the day they suited us and the delivery bass free unlike some other well known stores once we had finished the order there was no pressure to go with out finishing our drinks and the whole experience was stress free

The sales young man that placed our order was the best ever he knew all about the products and was very friendly Top marks good at his job.just waiting for the bed to come into stock so that we can order it as it has been blocked the the moment.Thank You Mr M Goyen.

i thought Peter in the MK store was great really friendly and welcoming from the minute we entered the store and nothing was too much for him. great customer service and he should get a bonus for outstanding service and mentor other staff especially new recruits. thanks peter for making this purchase great. :)

Plenty of beds on display and plenty of staff to assist whilst still being able to browse alone when required. Questions quickly answered.

We were dealt with by Tina at the Milton Keynes store. When we arrived we didn't have a clue what we needed but Tina explained how the colour system worked with the mattresses and gave us recommendations on what to try. Because of her help we managed to pick a mattress and bedframe very quickly and easily......always great when you have 2 children with you!!
