The store manager (Adam) was very friendly and had product knowledge. We were there to look around but his assistance helped us to make up our mind. Very happy with his help.

The staff were attentive but not pushy. The retail assistant Amber was friendly and made suggestions on how to improve our purchasing experience. We didn't feel under pressure to complete our purchase and spent a long time deliberating over which mattress we liked. Although the showroom was quite busy there were enough products for customers to try out so you did not feel crowded.

We were seen to by Peter and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. We got the bed and mattress that we wanted and we felt that he listened to what we were after and gave us lots of options. He was very helpful!
