Colin in M.K store was a very good salesman, he was not overbearing and gave info when ask but allowed me to browes on my own.

The lady that served me allowed me to view the beds before being too intrusive and badgering us, once I returned to her after viewing the store she was exceptionally helpful. The delivery men, Ashok and Marian, were exceptionally helpful and quick. I really appreciated that they covered their shoes as the carpet in the flat is quite new.

There was a wide selection of mattresses to choose from I was a bit overwhelmed by them all as I had not had a new mattress for a long time. Colin the assistant who greeted us was knowledgeable and guided my to the type I needed. He answered all my questions and offered us refreshment while we browsed. I picked just the right mattress which was best for my arthritis.... Also Colin was not pushy in any way and left my Husband and I to discuss what we wanted... Going trough the sale was quick...

We desperately wanted a good quality bed and mattress and didnt know where tonstart. We spotted by Amber, a salesperson and she welcomed us warmly and toom her time to take us through the different options. Her assistance was very valuable in deciding which bed to use.

Great friendly service, extremely helpful. Peter went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and got the right mattress to suit us. We came into store 3 times before deciding and each time the service was never pushy and the staff were understanding and always happy to help.
