The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Mohammed and Colin. They arranged a delivery whilst we were in the store as even though your website said it could deliver the items before Christmas this was not the case. The bed was delivered two days later

Was very helpful, organised the order quickly and promptly, and helped us during the whole process. We were given a drink and made to feel a special customer. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

All of the staff were friendly and happy to help but did not pressure us into the purchase. Amber offered us a drink while she placed the order, she talked to us about other products like pillows and bed linen which we will purchase at a later date.

Amber who served us was friendly, efficient and highly knowledgeable on the products which impressed us as she is a part time employee. She took time to understand our requirements and wasn't at all pushy which is something we had experienced in other stores.
