From the time I walked into store nothing was to much and ever question I asked was answer with a great deal of knowledge.

Wonderful, competent customer service, friendly, item available and no hard sales push.

Keith was extremely helpful during our visit and when we spoke over the phone to change our mind over the colour ordered.

Charlie talked us through all our options and spent time showing us and letting us test out the different mattress options to suit what we were looking for

I spoke with Charlie the day before I was due to come straight away she had a friendly smile and put me at ease. She then showed me the bed I was looking at online just to make sure it was what I was looking for We then checked the mattress that o would need to give me the option to add that too with no pressure I might add. Going through the delivery dates and payments she was so clear and checked different options for me. I am definitely coming back in once the bed has arrive to pick up some pillows etc due to the high level of service I received Thank you so much
