I was very satisfied when I walked in store I had time to look round before the sales person approached me, when I found what I wanted there was a sales person there to place my order straight away.

Amber was fantastic!

Sophie was so helpful and friendly. She explained everything to us & show us how to use our new bed with H smart TV. While placing our order she had coffee made for us making it a very special experience. Her lisening skills were what any company would want & she sold us an extra item of a blow up bed. We would like to say a big thank you to Sophie for being so kind & helpful :-)

Very pleased with the whole experience. No pushy salesmen, just friendly, honest advice form our salesman Colin, showing us all the options available.

From the moment I entered the store till leaving, we were looked after and made to feel welcome the entire time. Peter was extremely attentive and helped so much with making a decision on which mattress to go for.

I WAS HIGHLY SATISFIED MOSTLY BECAUSE OF THE KNOWLEDGE AND HELPFULNESS OF THE MEMBER OF STAFF CHRIS WHO SERVED ME. I KIND OF KNEW WHAT PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING FOR BEFORE I CAME INTO THE STORE BUT I SOUGHT REASSURANCE THAT IT WOULD MEET MY REQUIREMENTS, WAS WORTH THE MONEY ETC. I HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS AND HE ANSWERED THEM WITH CONVICTION

We went in to buy a mattress that was a replacement for a mattress bought 4 years ago. We were told the mattress was no longer made but pointed in the direction of a similar mattress. The staff member was not 100% sure, but went and asked another member of staff for help and got us the information we needed.

The store assistant, Amber, appeared very knowledgeable. She explained the various options and then left us time to try out various beds. When we had made up our minds the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently.

Product knowledge by the sales team was brilliant

We were very satisfied with the knowledge and time spent helping us choose our Enchantment D mattress. We had no idea of which mattress would be suitable as it had been a very long time since either of us had purchased one and Jeff was very helpful.
