I was welcomed as soon as I entered the store by Peter. I expected to be hassled but infact was dealt with in a friendly informative way. I explained my needs - a double bed for a guest room that would be used infrequently by my daughter who is currently at Uni and just return in the holidays. Very knowledgeable and helped me quickly make a decision.

We found what we were looking for at a great price. When the assistant encountered a problem with the IT system a colleague quickly sorted it out for him. We found all the staff friendly and approachable.
