Had a look at the website first to give us some idea of what we were looking for. As soon as we walked in the MK store we were met with a smile by a chap named Peter. He was clean and smart, polite, knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to deal with. Showed us many options, described each mattress carefully. It was a pleasure.

The assistant was so helpful gave us a pillow to allow us to check out the bed, advised us which one would be the best for a comfortable nights sleep. She left us to wander for a while then came back to ask if we needed any further help advising us again then offering us a drink. When she came back we had made our decision without pressurised salesmanship.well done Milton Keynes store.

For a Monday morning with no voice due to feeling ill the assistant at the store made things very easy for me

We wanted to buy the right type of bed frame an mattress so when to a bed shop rather than a department store which sold other things as well. We wanted expertise in making our choice.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Tina. She was very knowledgeable on the product and was very pleasant to deal with. We had been 'shopping' around your competition in the area and, unlike your competitors, Tina wanted the 'business' without being overly pushy. Very pleasant experience for someone who doesn't like spending money!!

Store colleague who served us was very friendly and polite. He was very thorough in explaining the different types of mattresses available and the price ranges to ensure we made the correct choice. He also explained all the guarantees and conditions of purchase so we felt confident to make an order.
