Dreams - Milton Keynes

Staff was excellent at MK branch, offered us a drink, some more comfortable pillows and took their time, but equally left us alone. Perfect amount of assistance, well done.

We went to dreams in Milton Keynes to purchase a mattress after having problems with a mattress we purchased from John Lewis Milton Keynes 4 weeks earlier, which had a manufacturing fault and was returned. The help we received at Dreams from Jeff was far more helpful and informative, this also helped us make the right choice. We wished we had gone to Dreams in the first place.

Staffs are friendly and very accomodating.They made us very homely as they arranged our order. The product item we choose was on sale so it was very affordable. A great value! We will definitely coming back in due time!

I was most impressed with the customer service I was given by Chris who answered all our questions with great knowledge. The showroom was very clean and inviting and all the staff are friendly and I could see they were happy in their work. I never felt rushed in making my decision on the bed I wanted to purchase.I will definitely return next year to purchase my two single beds I need for my other bedrooms in my house. My husband was also very pleased. Thanks you Chris for all your help.

The chap who helped us was fantastic

The person who served us was interested in us but not too pushy. We had kind of decided what we wanted but she suggested we try various other mattresses on other beds and we found a better mattress. On the way out after placing our order we decided to get another mattress for the spare room. Whilst this was a pain for her as we had to cancel the original order and get a new delivery date she didn't say anything and just helped us through the order.

All staff were very pleasant and friendly. Gave us the information we requested but did not overly sell the products. Generally, good, attentive and pleasant staff.

Assistant knowledgeable and helpful. Product has not been delivered yet so value for money / durability still to be determined.

Great customer service with outstanding product knowledge. We were encouraged to lay on each mattress and test the pillows before buying until we felt satisfied with our choices.
