Colin made the whole experience smooth & easy for us, he even managed to sell us a mattress that we weren't planning on buying too! It was not pressured, just a nice person providing excellent service. Thank you Colin.

Amber was amazing and had a great knowledge of the products. Amber also told us about pillows so we brought them too. The pillows made a bi difference to the comfort of the bed. Brilliant serve.

I thought Colin a very friendly person, who did not come across as pushy, he kept an eye on us, but didn't interfere until he saw I was pondering on something. I loved this, as I hate it when I feel I am being pushed and normally just say no thank you and walk out. So thanks Colin, you made us feel a valued customer :-)

Very friendly and informative staff (Jeff). Explained all the different options to us about the mattresses.

We visited the store a week before where Tina kindly provided us with her assistance and advice when looking for a bed. She gave us plenty of information to take away to check that the bed would suite our needs and the room. We returned the following week and received the same enthusiasm and helpfulness from Tina. The placing of the order took no time at all. I feel confident in what we have purchased.
