Our salesman, Colin, immediately introduced himself to us and went through the range and variety of beds in the category we were looking at. He was helpful, polite and had a good knowledge of the products.

Tina and the other staff in the Milton Keynes shop knew their products and was able to answer all our questions. We were very happy with the level of knowledge and service we received.

The sales man listened to what I wanted, what I didn't want and gave me options to try (lay on) explaining the differences between each. Genuine interest in what I wanted.

We first visited the Milton Keynes store on Saturday 15 October and we received a very high level of service where nothing was too much trouble. We were encouraged to try out the beds for as long as we wanted, even beds we didn't think we would have any interest in. Relevant pillows were provided to ensure that we had the full experience of what it would be like to sleep in our new bed. Tina was very knowledgeable and showed us how to operate the ottoman beds. We never felt under any pressure to buy and in fact returned today to make our purchase. Another staff member remembered us from the day before and another offered us tea and coffee. A most enjoyable purchasing experience.

Colin the sales assistant was very welcoming and knowledgeable of all the products. He was very patient with us and we felt under no pressure to quickly decide on which products we wanted to purchase.

Chris was extremely helpful and took us through our purchase with the right recommendations and no time wasting or fuss

Staff was helpful and really helped us measure the size of bed so that it will fit into our new bedroom. They were friendly and didn't mind me asking them lots of questions. The staff who was tina , jeff and another older gentleman whom i forgot his name.

Very freindly and knowledgable staff..
