I found what I wanted and the salesman was very helpful in understanding my needs and helped me find what I was looking for

Tina welcomed us to the store this morning, and asked if it was our first visit. It was, which we confirmed, and she showed us around the store so we knew what was located where. We then discussed our needs with her and she stayed with us to help us make our choice, then did a quote for our order. Tina was very attentive, whilst allowing us privacy and time to discuss amongst ourselves the options.

The stock was very well displayed. Prices clearly set out. Degree of firmness of matresses clearly shown. Ease of trying out matresses. Very helpful and capable assistant (Tina). Not pushy in any way. Good coffee and exceptionally clean toilets.

From the moment we stepped inside the shop we were assisted by Sophie. Sophie was able to quickly direct us to the appropriate area and beds for our our needs. She thoroughly explained the different types of mattresses and pillows and encouraged us to try them out.

As a returning customer having purchased our last bed from dreams nine years ago, Dreams was my first stop when looking for our new bed. I visited the store around four weeks ago, and at the time I met Chris, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, not too pushy and use his expertise to guide me through the various product features and benefits. I wasn't at the time in a position to make the purchase as I wanted my wife also to try out the options which I had narrowed down. On Sunday the 2nd of October, we jointly visited your store again, this time with the intention of trying out the options which I found and then have a look around the other stores nearby. My wife has a short attention span when it comes to sales people if she feels we're being sold too, Chris, did a fantastic job of expertly deploying a consultative selling technique by listening to our needs so we just decided to place the order with you there and then. I'm a very fussy sales executive myself; I don't say this lightly, but Chris is a future rockstar in your organisation! Well done, Chris.

we had to visit Milton Keynes store to view the bed we brought as the rugby store did not stock this bed we was very please with the bed and the shop staff very good service all round

We was very happy with the service that we received and we were not rushed or pushed into buying anything. We were advised on a number of products and left to try them out. Very satisfied with the level of customer service that was provided by Jeff the assistant manager at the Milton Keynes branch.
