When we entered the store we were approached by Amber who demonstrated an excellent knowledge of mattresses an explained and demonstrating the different types of springing. She left us alone to make a decision but ensured we knew where to find her ( coffee was offered but we declined).

Knowledgeable staff made for a very easy purchase. Confident I have purchased the correct products due to his knowledge

Left to look around the store by myself without having any pressure put on me and when I need to ask a few questions regarding the different types of beds and mattresses they was a very helpful sales person called Chris who was there to assist me.

When we came into the store we knew want we wanted, but the bed we have now (which came from you in the first place) has been dis-continued. your stores man put us straight onto the new product which we brought outright, his knowledge was brilliant and we thank him for that help.

Store set out well and colour coding of beds was very clear and helpful. Sales people were very knowledgeable and friendly, did not try and push us into buying anything. Very pleased with the products we bought and quick delivery time. Pleased they will be taking our old bed to recycle.

Chris, our Sales Person was extremely knowledgable about the mattresses. He was not pushy and gave us time to make our decision. After not visiting a Dreams store for some time, I was impressed with the quality of the products and found the colour coding of different types of mattresses very helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant buying experience! Thank you.
