The whole experience was so easy and staff helpful

Amber was friendly and courteous. She listened to our needs and explained in detail the different types of beds and what she thought would be the best for us. She was knowledgeable in the different types and explained everything in detail. Kudos to this Colleague!!

the salesman was very nice ,there was no hard sell. he explained about the bed i was after then told me to try it out. he then left me to make my own mind up without him hovering over me. so i brought the bed i wanted without any fuss. his name was jeff. would recomend anybody to go there.

We were given good advice and not harassed by a sales person.

From the moment we walked into the shop, Jeff the salesman was extremely friendly and very helpful. We felt at ease and not pressurised into buying our bed, but took in all that Jeff was explaining to us to help us make our decision.

The assistant asked first of all about our sleep experience and was able to select beds that she knew would suit us. Very knowledgeable

we found the matteress we needed very quickly. The sales assistance was very attentive and did not rush us or pressurise us in any way.

friendly staff who took their time to assist us in choosing the correct mattress and bed for our needs. We had a little blip with the computer system freezing, but they were apologetic, offered us a drink while we waited and rectified as soon as they could by using another PC.

Friendliness, knoweldge and availability of your employee Tina was very good and highly appreciated.
