Very good customer service from Dom at Milton Keynes, very easy delivery and service putting bed together brilliant(Andrew). Communication for delivery was excellent. Very happy with bed , although the mattress does have very strong smell which the store advises will eventually go . Overall very very pleased.

We were met by Colin as we entered your Winterhill Store who was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were particularly impressed by your new bed testing facility which was able to assess the type of bed construction and body support that best suited our requirements. We were then professionally guided around a selection of recommended mattresses produced by the testing facility by Colin who explained in detail all the benefits of each mattress type we viewed. We made our choice and the order process was efficiently conducted by Colin. Thank you Colin, for your assistance and friendly experience of Dreams .

The service from start to finish was fantastic, Charlie from your MK store was knowledgeable and informative, a definite asset to your organisation. The whole team were exceptional.

Superb Customer Service . We made an appointment and on arrival we were greeted by Colin who met us by name and with a smile. After introducing himself he explained how he would help us choose the best bed for our needs. Colin used modern technology to produce a short list of recommended beds. He kindly offered us a hot drink and proceeded to explain the options open to us allowing us to try the beds for comfort and our choice of colours and extras. When we selected the bed we wanted Colin helped us order the bed and arrange a very fast delivery. We left your store about an hour after arrival excited that we had made a great choice and at a very good price. We have already suggested to family and friends that this is the place to go for their next bed and we will come to you first when we need any other bed. We are absolutely delighted and look forward to delivery in a couple of days - Thank you!

Dom listen to my needs. I had my 3 Yr old son with me so it's never easy shopping for things but Dom let him talk and let him test the bed which was great.

I visited Dreams of Milton Keynes, my sleep expert was Sarah, she was very knowledgeable, and knew her job very well, she took care of me and my partner, she worked out what I wanted and I got the mattress, and pillows, that suited my sleeping. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a new bed or a mattress, will go to Dreams again for my next bed and mattress.
