Chris who assisted us was helpful understood what we were looking for and didn't push us into anything we didn't want.

Colin was very friendly and knowledgeable showing us several options giving an unbiased opinion and never pushy allowing us plenty of time to make up our minds

Colin was very attentive and knowledgeable of all the products in the store. Most importantly he listened to our needs and budget and didn't try to push us into purchasing a specific product. His patience is admirable. I tried out several mattresses and kept going back to each of them as least twice to determine which was most comfortable for ne. I don't sleep well so appreciated the advice he gave about rhe angle of spine. . I'd recommend him for an employee award.

Very friendly staff all round especially Colin who help me pick my item and all the information on the best quality and the difference on the pricing sorry he was not there to finish of my order but I was left in good hands and still contacted him for a few clarifications I needed. very pleased. I will not hesitate to recommend any member of my family or friends. Great job

My wife and I (also with Theo, our 6 week old baby) dropped in to the Milton Keynes showroom to buy a mattress without really knowing exactly what we were after. The chap who served us, Chris, was extremely helpful not only in guiding us towards the best mattress for our budget, but also he was kind enough to push the pram around the showroom for us and to hold the baby for us while we tested the mattress. Chris even managed to settle Theo when he started crying! Outstanding customer service!

We were asked when we first arrived if we were okay, but the person was not pushy, they assisted us when needed but were quite happy for us to look around on our own and advised us where they were if needed. When we decided on what we wanted they were helpful in advising on colours for the headboard and the base of the bed and the doing the paperwork and purchasing was quick and easy.
