The customer experience was excellent , We were showed all the options and we were left to decide what we wanted not being rushed into making a decision. The friendly and approachable staff. Acknowledged as we walked through the door.

Sales person offered assistance and asked what I wanted as opposed to telling what I wanted. He listened and then suggested a number of options for me to consider.

On entering the store we were approached almost immediately by an assistant called Colin, he asked if he could be of any assistance. We were looking for a double bed but there were a number of questions that we needed answers to in helping us to make a purchase. Colin discussed with us in more detail our requirements and following this he was able to show us a number of options that matched closely what we were looking for. We looked at the colour options available and the style of bed we wanted and what helped us to make our decision to purchase a bed at Dreams was the extended eight year guarantee which covered materials, workmanship and accidental damage. The customer service was excellent which made our visit a very enjoyable customer experience. Dreams has managed to exceed our expectations which ensures a return visit for us. Thank You

Robin who was our contact in store was very helpful, gave us full advice on beds to meet our needs and dealt with our eventual order and arranged delivery of our new bed and removal of the old one.
