Good helpful assistant with great product knowledge, he directed us to exactly what we wanted.

Both Colin and Sophie were very knowledgeable about the products. Both were friendly and effecient without being pushy. The store had plenty of choices and we were given plenty of time to try different mattresses and the difference in the products were explained clearly

We were allowed to browse freely then got the help we needed from the sales assistant, who was very knowledgable on the products.

i was not hassled by an assistant but, whan i wanted some information the assistant Colin was very knowledgeable and was listening to our requirements. He did not try to sell us anything we were not interested in and also made us coffee.

Jeff the sales person was extremely helpful and polite, giving good advice on your types of beds and headboards. I've always bought my families beds from Dreams and only hope that delivery and putting the bed together is a good experience.

Friendly store staff, helpful and willing to spend time with us. Given plenty of time to browse without hassle, available to assist me when I was ready to make a purchase. Gave me best advise on cover for bed with slacks. Overall your Milton Keynes staff have made me confident to purchase my next bed from Dreams which I will be doing over the next two weeks.
