From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted professionally. Chris who guided us around the store gave us great information as it was our first time in buying a new double bed. The advice given really helped us work out what type of bed would be the best for us. To also see the main frame in action as well really helped. Then the fact all will be delivered within 4 days of ordering is really good to see!

We dealt with Jeff who was very friendly and not pushy like people in other stores. His knowledge of the products was excellent and he even stayed late to ensure our order was processed.
