Service from colin at mk store was very goid and his product knowledge was vedy good also.

Compedant staff, very friendly , very helpful. We found the product we wanted on line then Went into the store . Checked out the product , and made our purchase. Staff had plenty of time for us.

The two staff members on duty were knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. Our needs were listened to and appreciated, and we received good advice and a cup of coffee. Well done to all.

We were greeted and help very promptly. All staff were polite and friendly during our visit. We have a specific remit and we did not feel that the staff tried to take us away from that but they discussed all the options within our choice to a good degree giving us time to understand and discuss their comments. We were also encouraged to try several mattresses rather than just go for the first one we liked.

Your assistant Jeff was every bit as friendly ,helpful, knowledgeable and exactly what we needed in order to resolve our situation. My wife has acute back pain and has not been sleeping well because of it. We were shown Temper mattresses and allowed to lie down to try them. Our problem relates to having a 2ft3in electric adjustable bed with head and toe lift. It was explained to us about the current size of mattresses and had the opportunity to try the new Temper mattress and electric bed. Very impressive. We decided with Jeff's help to buy a new 2ft 6in bed and mattress. This will be delivered and set up at our convenience. Thank you.

Colin was extremely friendly, polite and had great knowledge of the beds we discussed with him and what would be suitable for our requirements. The order process was easy and wait time for the product was not too long. We are very much looking forward to trying out our new bed.
