The assistant Rachel was very helpful and was always close by to answer any questions but did not hassle us. We were offered a drink and, as it was very hot, we did appreciate the cold glass of water. Once we settled on the one we wanted the paperwork was done efficiently and we were very satisfied with the experience.

Salesman was very helpful and informative in helping us find the right mattress for us. We wasnt sure what we needed but left very happy and excited with our purchase. We even brought 2 very comfy pillows we hadnt even taken a second glance at until prompted to try. Will certainly be returning when we are next in need of a pillow or 2.

The store was quiet and so I ws helped very quickly. Chris (MK STORE) was very helpful and showed me all the beds that would suit my needs as someone with arthritis.

The person that helped us with our order, Sophie from your Milton Keynes shop was excellent, she made the difference for us and ultimately was the reason we decided to purchase from dreams. From the moment we entered she was friendly and smiley without being pushy. When we asked for help she was knowledgeable about the products and even made us a coffee. Excellent service from someone who really seems to enjoy her job.

A special thanks to the Dream team they have been absolutely amazing helping me decide what combination of bed mattress and pillows would suit me most. So happy with my purchase can't wait to receive everything when i move to my new house..!! Well Done everyone :)
