Dreams - Milton Keynes

We were served by Chris who greeted us , asked us how he could help and showed us different products, while giving detailed info and also giving us time and space to try out products, we did not feel like we were being given the" hard sell" , he priced matched and gave us various delivery options.

The staff were very knowledgable and professional while still being friendly and approachable. I couldn't fault any one of the staff members that I spoke to during my visit. It is very rare that I see such good quality customer service.

Tina was extremely knowledgeable and understood our needs. She was ready to spend time with us and allowed us sufficient time to make our decision rather than influencing us.

Recently had a medical procedure which means I can't lift anything heavy at the moment. The assistant and store manager both made every effort to ensure the product would be delivered safely and with the required assistance at my home.

The sales assistant Sophie was wonderful. She really listened to our needs, made us feel welcome and most of all took time when selling.

Colin at the Milton Keynes store was great, he was extremely helpful and patient and was able to answer all our questions and guide us to exactly the right bed that we where looking for. I will definetly be returning to see Colin again I when I need a new bed.

Having gone out to buy a bathroom this particular Saturday we ended up in Dreams as we were thinking of buying a bed in the future. We had a quick look round the store and was approached by a very knowledgable member of staff. We do not usually engage with sales people but this member of staff was very likeable and did not come across as being overbearing with the sales talk. He asked us if we had an idea of what we wanted and after a short discussion found the perfect bed for us. When entering bed stores in the past it has been a little embarassing trying out different beds in front of other shoppers and if it wasn't for the fact that we wanted to check the comfort we would have shopped online. We really had no intention of buying a bed this weekend but found the ervice extremely relaxing! After buying the bed we liked the sales person spoke to us about pillows "Oh no " we thought this really is a sales pitch to get another sale but again we were given the information and left to try out a number of pillows with no pressure to buy. We decided to buy the pillows and spent another £189 and have to say the first nights sleep on our memory foam pillows was a Dream!
