Tina in Dreams in MK was so helpful. Helping us find a bed wed perviously seen. She offered us coffee and water and was so pleasant. Great experience.

The assistant Jeff was extramely helpful, explaining the colour codes of the types of mattress, then left us to try out the different types and bed frames without hasling us.

the staff had a good knowledge of our requirements due to our age and led us through the different choices .We were impressed with our assistant SOPHIE,and hope to have a lot of dreamless nights.

Friendly helpful assistant who knew his stuff. Good prices, range of beds. Reminded me that I might need a headboard - I'd have forgotten otherwise. Very quick delivery time

Tina was helpful, understanding and knowledgeable of the products in store. She let us look and decide without being at all 'pushy'. In our opinion, the store was well laid out and grouped in accordance with size and comfort. Everything was 'easy on the eye'.

The staff in store were helpful and friendly, delivery service was prompt and courteous.

Tina in the MK store who served us was very friendly and had great knowledge but was not overbearing, she asked if we had been before and made sure we knew how the colour system worked and was there if we needed anything. She didn't push for the sale, she was confident in the product and knew that it pathetic product could sell its self. Once we knew the design we wanted she was then able to helps personalise jtwiththe picking of the headboards etc and making sure the mattress we chose was right for us and fitted our needs. As I have back problems this was crucial for me but I was confident Tina knew the right product for me. She made it a great experience and we will certainly be looking out for her when we next visit.

The salesperson, Rachel, in the MK Store, was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. She listened to my wishes and observations and was quick to understand. There was no heavy sales tactics used - which is best for me. This included products and delivery help.

ON OUR WAY TO FURNITURE VILLAGE ,WITH our discount voucher, saw Dreams store. the wife said let's look in there first, which we did, then checked on furniture village. But preferred what we saw first in store, Then went back to see Mr Jeff Little with whom we placed our order.
