Rachel was incredibly helpful and inviting. She made ius aware of the layout of the store, what can be found where and the difference of grades and springs, whilst offering refreshments. Made us feel very comfortable.

Good choice, knowledgable and friendly staff

Being disabled and riding around on a mobility scooter often causes problems but the assistance offered by Jeff meant I encountered no problems.

Tina was very polite and friendly. She gave good advice and definitely knew her stuff. Really liked the colour cushion guide to exactly the bed we wanted. Would recommend dream's to others it was nice not to be pressurised and given time to browse at leisure.

Customer service was great, product range is good.
