Choice of fabric beds available was good and the salesperson assisted in choice of mattress with his knowledge of the products available

I was welcomed when I entered the store and Amber was extremely knowledgable, and friendly. I never felt any pressure to are a decision. I felt I was given enough time to check out all the mattresses on offer and Amber helped me narrow my choices down and finally come to a decision.

Colin had a friendly manner without being pushing, and was clearly well informed about the products in the store, and was able to help us find what we needed.

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with a smile by your sales staff who explained all the options to us and listened to our needs and made perfect suggestions

Both Robin and Jeff were very helpful and Robin was very patient while we decided which product to buy, he was very knowledgeable about the products and we felt very much at ease with him as there was no pressure. We were given enough time on our own and help was there when we had questions. I believe we made the right choice with the advice we received so very pleased.
