Dreams - Milton Keynes

Sophie greeted Claire, Zach (our 3 year old son) and I inside the entrance to the door with a big smile and introduced us to the show room, highlighting the type of beds we were looking for. Her excellent knowledge of the products and where they were being displayed helped us quickly put together our dream bed in the size, colours and fabrics we wanted. All too often we have wondered about bed stores getting lost in the huge variety of mattresses and then just not being able to be decisive enough to choose one. Sophie explained all the benefits of each and we soon found just what we wanted and feel very confident we will have the exact bed we want for the next 8 years.

The purchase was on behalf of my mother who is unable to get into her bed (also brought from Dreams) as it is too high for her now. We originally thought we were looking for a thinner mattress but after discussing the problems with Jeff the decision to purchase a new lower electric bed was the preferred option. Jeff was very helpful in explaining the problems with our first option and informed us of the ability to be able to reclaim the vat as my mother is disabled.

The staff were friendly and informative, not pushy.

The lady i delt with was friendly and helped me pick the right mattress for me. And then booking it was quick and easy. I was on my lunch break and managed to do order it so quickly i had time to go grab a coffee before heading back to the office

WE WERE SATISFIED BECAUSE THE SALES PERSON (RACHAEL) WAS NOT PUSHY AND GAE US INFO WHEN REQUIRED AND LEFT US ALONE TO DISCUSS WHAT WE WERE INTERESTED IN. IF THE SALES PERSON WAS PUSHY WE WOULD HAD JUST WALKED OUT .

Jeff and colleague were informative, professional, attentive and answered my questions. My confidence in Dreams and the integrity of the Organisation was reinforced by the professional but friendly attitude, the opportunity to try out a range of beds. Being offered a cup of tea was good customer service. Whilst maintaining continuety with my enquiry, Jeff also ensured he connected with other customers. I recently had a very poor experience whilst buying 2 mattresses online, which I cancelled today. I am pleased to have received excellent service, with integrity, and look forward to receiving 2 new mattresses through Dreams. I will continue to shop here.
