The man who served us was lovely, patient and helpful

Although I had done some research on the mattress that I wanted to purchase for my son, I wanted to let him try a few and also get some advice as to the make up and firmness of them. Amber, who advised me was very knowledgable and friendly and gave my son plenty of time to try several beds. I have yet to receive the mattress so cannot comment on that, but I was very happy with my experience in the store (Milton Keynes).

The options were varied but were explained to me clearly. The assistant was attentive without being annoying and I was given time to check the beds myself.

I had done some research previously at the Aylesbury store where I live and knew which bed I wanted. Testing out the bed again in MK made me decide to buy it. Colin, the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable telling me about delivery options and bed cover available. I ended up buying the bed and 2 bedside tables. He told me about bed linen on sale for the depth of mattress I chose too. He was friendly and helpful. The experience of buying the most expensive item in my house was very positive.

Jaz your sales person gave us just the right amount of attention, not too pushy, friendly, helpful and gave us time to consider our purchase on our own. He listened to what we wanted and asked relevant questions and had the knowledge to answer them. He was happy and smiley in a very natural way. It usually takes a lot to impress my husband, having a background in sales and marketing, so look after this young man or you may lose him!

We were particularly pleased with personal attention given to us and information received whilst we were choosing our purchase. This was achieved in a very friendly manner and we did not at anytime feel pressured.

The assistance offered was very good. The sales staff listened to our needs and made the appropriate recommendations. They were overall very attentive.

The guy that helped me choose a bed was very knowledgeable about products and questions that I had and was extremely professional and polite. His name was Jaz. I actually thought he was the manager but it turns out he wasn't. Should be though. Very nice professional guy and I was only there to look at the bed but ended up buying and that's down to him.

Our visit to Dreams was a very pleasant one. We were approached by a very nice Assustant called Rachel she was very pleasant and helped us with the different mattresses we were interested in. She gave us information with regard to the different types available, then left us for a few minutes to decide. Rachel returned to offer further assistance and when we made our decision she took us to the ordering desk where she offered us a drink. Another very likes sang assistant arrived promptly with a very nice coffee. Our order was processed very quickly with Rachel giving us all the vital information to fulfil the order. She offered us a "Bed Cover" which we accepted. We were very impressed and pleased with the service we received, and would certainly want to return to Dreams and also recommend them to family and friends. We look forward to the delivery if our new Mattress on Monday 13 June.
