I was satisfied as I was able to take my time and make my decision with assistance where required from the staff

Assistant was very knowledgeable in the products available, wasn't pushey gave me time alone to make decisions and was readily available with answers to questions. The payment was quick and easy and was more than satisfied with the experience.

We were greeted by colin who was very friendly and helpful, he offered us advice on different types of mattress and bed frames , and also within our price range, we never felt rushed or under pressure to buy. We bought a lovely bed frame, the paperwork was completed quickly and without fuss. Thank you colin

A perfect shopping experience, I can't fault it at all. Staff very helpful, choice of delivery date was excellent and I selected a date for the following week. Being able to have the bed taken to the bedroom and assembled was a fantastic option for me - fed up with companies who only deliver to the front door leaving the customer to struggle. I was very impressed with the choice of beds at all price ranges and quickly found the perfect bed, thanks to the very helpful member of staff.

The assistant, Rachel was attentive, knew to leave us alone while trying different mattresses, made a great coffee and kept coming back making sure we were ok but also leaving us enough time to be alone to choose, was able to answer all our questions when asked and rather than advising us about our choice, she kind of coached us towards it. allowing us to make the right choice.... we will see once the item arrives if this was right.

I visited the store 2 days in a row and the guy i spoke to named Colin was as enthusiastic and helpful both the days. He actually went tge extra mile to suggest as i was stuck with what to buy. Excellent service receved

The service I received was truly excellent. I didn't feel I could answer one of the questions related to satisfaction because until I receive and test the bed will I know the answer as to satisfied or unsatisfied.
