The assistance was good, and overall there was good variety of beds and mattresses.

The lady who looked after me was warm and friendly. She had good knowledge of products and allowed me to browse alone, then checked in with me abit later to see if I needed assistance which was spot on because by that time I was then ready.

I was attending the store with a family member regarding another issue however the staff understood that I was there to browse as I was highly interested in a number of items that we're on sale. I have never had the privilege of owning a matress from dreams however when I explained that my partner who is disabled was suffering from a degenerative illness they were so down to earth and ever so helpful.

Sophie from the customer care team was very attentive and helpful, unsurprisingly we had already visited some of your competitors but it was the manner in which Sophie helped us that persuaded us to make the purchases.
