Dreams - Milton Keynes

A member of staff asked if I needed assistance not long after being in the store. I explained what type of mattress I wanted & she guided me to all the types that would be suited. She explained what each had compared to others & the benefits of each. The ordering was very quick & painless & although no green bags were in store she arranged for one to be sent before the delivery/pick up of my new bed. Great service

We were helped by Sophie at the Milton Keynes store who was incredibly friendly, gave us a good intro to what was available and then gave us the space to go and check out loads of mattresses. As we narrowed down our options, Sophie was on hand to give more advice without being in our faces, which was perfect. Excellent service, good products and really quick delivery (meeting our needs to delay picking a delivery date for a few days whilst waiting to complete on our house - that flexibility was very useful!). Would definitely recommend Dreams to anyone who asks.

products were laid out very clearly. e.g colour coding of mattresses. staff were friendly and knowledgable

The customer service we received as soon as we walked into Dreams MK was exceptional, Sophie was very knowledgeable but not pushy, She gave us all the info we needed & was able to answer all the questions we had. We felt she was honest & listened to our needs too.

The sales assistant Tina was friendly and helpful without being pushy, unlike another nearby store. I really liked dealing with her.

The staff were very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my position and recommended based upon this. The lady who guided me through the store ( Rachel ) had the right balance of time with me and time she left me alone to think. This really gave me the impression it was not a sale at any cost. The staff explained the customer journey through the store, how to navigate and then the next steps through the order process.

Member of staff was very helpful, made us a cup of coffee, was not pushy and seemed to be very prepared to spend as much time with us as we needed.
