Dreams - Milton Keynes

The employee who helped us was fantastic (his name was Jaz). He was helpful and friendly but not pushy. When we entered he clearly explained the colour coding system then let us look on our own before giving us extra info in the ones we were interested in. We went to lots of bed shops that day but none of the other shops have us so much valuable information. This was definitely the reason we bought from dreams because we were able to make an informed decision based on his guidance.

Got the advice we needed, easy to understand the colour system and find what we wanted and helpful staff

We knew what we wanted. We looked at comparisons. And everything was straight forward. Which was great as we were with our two young children

Upon arrival we were met by Jaz, who discussed our needs and sleeping habits before recommending a bed we both loved. He listened to what we wanted and it was evident by his advice that he had a good level of product knowledge - we were well looked after.

Was easy to find the item I was after. Was shown how to turn sofa into a bed. Buying it was quick and easy and sales assistant was nice

When we arrived Jaz welcomed us and asked us what products we were interested in buying . We advised and Jaz showed us where to look . We were looking and after a short time he asked if he could help . We needed advice and he was superb in both his presentation and product knowledge . He made us cups of Tea !!!! - very welcome . We had 2 very young children with us and he showed interest in them and included them in his way of talking with us - lovely . We were very impressed with his complete professionalism .

The help we got in finding the correct bed was great. The knowledge the assistance had on the product was good and he could explain how it worked.

The staff were helpful and pleasant as well as efficient.
