Dreams - Milton Keynes

We were assisted by Amber who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and natural - we didn't feel that we were being pitched to. There was a discrepancy over the price quoted but to address this we were offered additional products (which we were looking to buy) at discounted prices which seemed fair to us. We visited three other bed stores that day and found the customer service and the prices at Dreams to be superior.

The salesperson was VERY helpful and understood my needs; was very pleasant to talk to.

The member of staff we dealt with was smart, knowledgeable, friendly, explained things clearly and did not use high pressure sales techniques.

Very clean and welcoming store. The amount of product on show was just right. The assistant (Jaz) were very knowledgeable about products available but not to over bearing. Just the right of amount of assistance. Jaz was a credit to the store and a good role model.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted and offered help. Mohamed Jazeer (known as Jazz) served us at Milton Keynes store and answered all our questions, showed us lots of different options for mattresses first, then bedframes, so that we were able to deal with each issue separately. We were very pleased with Jazz and the respectful and informative manner that he dealt with us, offering coffee and connecting with our needs. Jazz also introduced us to bed linen, although we did not have that down on the list we did end up buying a duvet set which is perfect for our bedroom. We wish Jazz all the best in his career with Dreams and can say we have a very enjoyable and satisfying experience in your store. Heather & Clive
