Dreams - Milton Keynes

Jazeer was very helpful and offered the right amount of attention without being 'pushy.' He fully understood our requirements and offered advice accordingly. The prices were very good and we even popped down the road to Bensons, but quickly returned to Dreams. As Jazeer had been so friendly and helpful earlier we sought him out so that we could make our purchase.

Called in just to browse beds but when given assistance by Mo and being able to offer delivery to suit us decided to place order there and then.

Mo was informative had good product knowledge, gave us time and space not pushy, we were offered a drink, an overall pleasant shopping experience.

Sophie immediately greeted us and explained the mattress types and firmness. She really helped us pin down our ideal mattress.

A member of staff approached me soon after entering the store. They were polite unhurried and explained the choices clearly.

We only came in to browse at beds and Jazeer was lots of help. We bought a bed!

Your assistant Mo was exremely helpful and did not at any time make us feel pressured, but answered all our questions. We did look elsewhere and returned to your store as it looked welcoming, your staff gave us time to look round without pouncing the instant we walked through the door. We will be back to replace another bed at some time this year, hopefully Mo will still be there to assist us.

Sophie was really lovely. We brought our 3yr old with us and while we were waiting for a computer to be free she sat talking to him (he is a chatterbox and wouldn't shut up). She was telling him about her green flying car, which was parked on top of the shop my little boy loved every second of it. The time and effort Sophie took talking to him meant that he sat really patiently instead of trying to make a run for it in the shop.
