Staff very friendly and helpful

We received excellent service from the sales assistant, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant, she had a lovely personality and understood our needs as we were buying a bed for our disabled son. We visited various bed shops in the vicinity and Dreams came out tops for price and helpfulness, the 2nd bed we have bought from Dreams in recent months. We recommended Dreams to a relative after our 1st purchase who went on to purchase a bed from yourselves.

Rachel, your Store Assistant, was very helpful and understanding when we struggled to make our choice of a new bed & mattress. We came away feeling satisfied with the outcome and are looking forward to delivery tomorrow (Monday 4th April `16).

Lift available to the top floor. Plenty of options on beds. Very courteous assistant.
