The store manager originally helped me and was really helpful. Jaz took over to process the order and couldn't of been more friendly and knowledgeable

The member of staff that served us was fantastic and was more than helpful and her product knowledge was just what we needed.

We were welcomed immediately on arrival and asked if we required assistance. The assistant knew every detail of the product and comfort level I required. I was offered all that I requested on completion of my order with no compromise which was perfect. Delivery was within 4 days which was remarkable.

Milton Keynes Dreams store is a clean and pleasant. We had a delightful, helpful but not pushy sales lady who helped us choose the range of mattresses suitable for our needs. The easy colour layout of beds that helped identify which type of mattress we were interested in was excellent. As this was the first store we had visited to try mattresses, the sales assistant was very informative and gave enough info regarding the mattresses. We visited 3 different store in the same area, 2 of which were not up to the same standard of customer relations and information. The only one that was as good was feather and blacks. We decided on the Dreams mattress as it was £250 cheaper than feather and blacks with an almost identical Spring count and quality. (This includes £50 disposal of old mattress)

we came into your store in Milton Keynes, people said hello and welcomed us, but we didn't want to get into a lengthy discussion on beds, just wanted to go in have a look and try out mattresses. your colleague sorry but cannot remember her name angela ?? mature lady from Bedford store, was called in on Saturday to help out. she was brilliant, helpful, understood that my partner didnt want to take long, as men are !! she was bright, efficient, so helpful but not overpowering or doing the heavy selling spiel. she asked MO to just clarify out order and we left a very happy buyer of a nice new bed and mattress. so thank you very much
