The person who greeted in the store was very helpful but left us to have a good look round as we requested but when we needed help was very helpful but not at all pushy as we had found in some other stores,but helped make the right decision

The consultant that attended to us was very helpful and patient with us. She Also gave good customer service and provided the right level of information to help with our decision and choice.

Colin was extremely helpful, very friendly and had great knowledge of all the products in the store, I would recommend all our friends and relatives to visit Dreams Store in Milton Keynes, was not until we got home that I had paid £24 for delivery, is that because I wanted a morning delivery 7 till 12 ?

Felt comfortable in the store due to staff wearing face masks and keeping distance. Mo the manager very personable and knowledgable and no pressure to buy.

The lady had a very good knowledge of what we were looking for and was very helpful, friendly and patient. It was the service was first class.

The worker who assisted us was excellent! Her costumer service skills were superb and made the whole stressful process of finding a new bed ASAP possible with satisfaction!
