We'd had a quick look around at the mattresses and then the Manager explained the options in more detail. He then let us try a few out and explore further on our own. After we had tried about a dozen mattresses, we were then undecided and almost confused with all the choice. We then spoke to an assistant who described the mattress options in more detail, he gave us confidence that we could exchange the mattress within 40 days if we didn't get on with it, which was a reassuring safety net and then he gave us a discount which sealed the deal. Overall, we were treated very well and were happy with the service. The mattress will arrive in about 4 weeks and then we can try it out - great news.

Dreams Colleague Mo was exceptionally good. He was very polite, friendly and has spent considerable amount of time in assisting us. His professional advise was very good. He kindly gave us his mobile phone no to contact us at any time for further advise or assistance. He managed to sort out everything we requested in terms beds including delivery date. We would be more than happy to recommend Dreams to our friends and family and in particular we are happy to give Mo,s contact details.

We visited Dreams store in Milton Keynes on Saturday 27/02/16 to buy a bed. We had the great pleasure of meeting a very lovely lady called Chantelle she was so helpful and cheerful even when we where finding it hard to make our minds up. Chantelle made us feel welcome and that nothing was to much for her Chantelle all so had a laugh and joke with us which was lovely. I have to be very honest we had the very best customer service ever friendly, welcoming, honest and a fantastic lovely lady to serve us with a lovely smile. Could not fault Chantelle in any way what so ever completely satisfied with the services that Chantelle gave us deserves a bunch of flowers for her fantastic service
