Sophie the sales lady was brilliant - very knowledgeable about all products and wasn't pushy. We ended spending 3 times as much as we had budgeted but didn't feel pressured to do so

We were in doubt with what bed to go with when we arrived and the lovely Lady that helped us, took us around the store and helped us chose which one better suited us. She was so helpful and when she didn't know the answer to a question she didn't guess, she told us straight and went and got it for us. Really helpfully and she is one of the reasons why this is the third bed me and my husband have bought from dreams.

The sales assistant was very knowledgable about the products and helped us to find what we were looking for.
