The staff were very friendly. Robin was very knowledgeable about the products, he was understanding to our preferences and didn't try to show us items that were irrelevant to us. Chantelle was also very helpful and knowledgable and they both made the whole buying experience a pleasure, considering I turned up with the other half who didn't think we needed a new bed after 15 years! Very satisfied with the whole experience

Moving to a new area we found Dreams Milton Keynes easy for parking. The shop is well laid out and the assistant quickly explained the colour coding for mattresses. Assistance was instantly available when required, but was not obtrusive.
